Areas of Focus--Grief, Medical Trauma, Stress, Anxiety
My clients are wanting to process and cope and move toward holistic healing. They may be holding something that feels too heavy to carry alone...a recent loss, or a quiet kind of grief that’s lingering in the background. For some, it’s a diagnosis that cracked their world open. For others, it’s just life: loud, fast, and unrelenting.
I work with adults, couples, and family units of all kinds who want to feel more grounded in the midst of it. They are trying to manage stress, communicate, work through trauma, or just reclaim some part of themselves.
This practice is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. From a neural science perspective, I draw from somatic and mindfulness-based approaches, EMDR, CBT, and ACT. The goal isn’t to fix you. It’s to give space for you to experience and figure out what healing looks like in your own world, not someone else’s.
